• Our priority is access and recruitment: AJR is growing its Freedom to Row scholarships so that a family’s ability to pay never determines whether a young person can try rowing. Local business support helps us recruit new athletes, fund scholarships, and build a pathway from a first day on the water to a place on the team.

• Our immediate need is to re-equip the team: We have approximately $83,000 in near-term equipment needs to keep athletes training safely and competitively. Current priorities include:
